Making Soap for Presents this Year (again!)

Whoa - my kitchen production center is a mess - I am out of the soap making business and now into the packaging phase - I am not sure which phase I like better !  They are both really creative and well I guess I will have to post ALL of my soaps here when I am finished packaging.  In the meantime, here are a few of my first ideas - they get more creative the nights before the GRAVEYARD shifts!

 Funny how the camera switch made such a difference.

 This cool green horse head is with the other camera, new batteries, and it looks yellow.  Hmmm maybe the kid who coughed up the batteries gave me old ones.  I wouldn't put it past him - the Battery Hoarder!

 This one is my favorite - a cool green color like a Coke bottle, and a pepperment scent - just fits  perfect in your hand for washing!

I have made so many different types since this first day, too bad I didn't have any coffee or coconut!  I even think I may buy a cheapo hand mixer to make a froth........  The rosemary bush outside came in handy along with the cinnamon sticks I had been saving!  I shall download them next.

SteamPunk I just discovered you!

Who would have known that Dr. Who is part of the SteamPunk genre?  I personally link it to Mad Max - I think I saw alot of it there.   However, in true form it is based on steam engines of some sort.  I now have something new to spend my time learning, surfing, and hopefully crafting! 

One more thing!  Who, how, and why is the time not on EST here?

I found this site while looking for stupid turkey frying videos!  I like this better, and by the way, I tried a deep fried Twinkie - not bad.  I will say from the year before: stay away from the deep fried Oreo's - that is just the wrong thing to do to a Oreo.

How to not have to drink warmed up morning leftover coffee! Using a Senseo!

What is it with the day sleepers?  If I wake up at 1:30pm, and I am still tired, can I really go back to bed on my day off and not feel cheated of the day time I miss?  I mean to me - getting up at 1:30 pm is like getting up at seven to go to work, only my shift doesn't start for another 9 hours.  Strange to have the free time before work.  All I can say is I have re-discovered my one shot coffee maker - and the new vanilla flavored cool whip.  Ummmm
The beauty of this coffee maker is that they sent it to me for free.  They had a contest and asked what you would do with your old carafe style coffee maker if you were to get a Senseo?  I took a picture of mine as a fishbowl with a Beta swimming around in it.  Well that is how I got mine for free.  I then decided that the pods were too expensive so I went to E-bay and found a set of reusable pods and have had this set up for years!

New show to watch on Hulu!   Grimm - takes Little Red Riding Hood to heart; I like the context.  The vicious blutbad, of which our first amicable encounter is with none other than the "Crazy" from Prison Break, Silas Wier Mitchell.  Oh how I enjoy a family series ....

SO ..  I got up at 3 PM - breakfast at 3:30 PM  hubby thnx!-(one eyed monster - he invented it.)  - Now if it was my breakfast and his lunch - the salad I am eating at almost 8 PM is my lunch and his dinner? So what time do I eat at work, and what meal is it?  11PM to 7AM?  Now suppose dinner is at 2AM and then according to Taco Bell (TB) experts it would be  the 4th meal.  But if I can not wait until 2AM?  I want to eat at 6 AM?  Wow - but there is only breakfast foods at 6 AM?  Well I guess there is no set time for the 4th meal if no one can see you.

                (If I got to TB before 11PM then - I can have a proper TB 4th meal.)

More about the meal dilemma later- I have to figure it out as I am the chef at the house.

Oops - need BLOODY MARY mix.

OK, it could be worse - I could be a Vampire full time - that is 5 days a week.  Just because you had two days off doesn't change things, of course you try to sleep at night...  Now I am only a Vampire 2 days a week - I think.  Once you go Vamp you can't remember anything else.  Sleeping till 1 pm is like wasting a whole lot of your day.

Drinking coffee at 1 pm,  then after work drinking a glass of wine at 7:30 am?  Just doesn't work for me - so maybe the blood is better after all (Bloody Mary that is!!)
