How to get 10/10 on the Shop Call

So far I am 4 for 4 shop calls with a 10!   I get a Visa Gift card so it is well worth the effort.  Cha Ching - $100 Samolean's as Bob-on- the- job used to say!

So, the corporate office does these calls to see if the employees are following the script someone made up (takes a degreed genius to do so!)  I know from my Carrow's days.    Corny as it may seem, the more you say it the more rote it becomes.  Easy Peasy - you don't even have to listen to the callers disgust about you going on and on after a while.

Follow it exactly and you will be surprised at what you find.  There are a lot of mystery shoppers (I have been one for 10 years) - their first question on the audit is?  Did the employee give you the proper greeting, did they up sell your order, did they give you the proper closing?  

Customer's make the business, without a customer there is no business, no job, no paycheck, and well?
