What a Great Day to be Outside
Today Lucy and I worked together on affirming that I am the ALPHA Mare. She did really well releasing her hind quarters and moving her feet when and where I asked. Backing up is getting better on the ground - not so in the saddle. She is 15h and 1002 lbs today! Still has her weight after the pastures are picked clean. Must be that super hay we get from Mr. Walker! I just want to make note: while I was mowing over the horse manure tonight - I was reminded of all the skata that is happening to someone special to me - and I wish it to be over. POOF!
