So it is bug Season again...... how lovely - especially after all this rain we have had...
this is my sight and you can order it directly -
When I spray my pets with this Expedition - the fleas come to the surface of the hair to die... I love this stuff. I use it on the horses and myself whenever outside.
Now here is Hanna Rosanna Danna with her two coats of hair (Welsh Corgi's have 2 coats), her relief is to jump in the pool -and of course it does not penetrate down to her skin - so we get her shaved; you know, then she will not go in the pool.

Horses - we love them no matter what?
My riding buddy just bought a new horse. It is a beautiful copper Palomino - stud - 6 years old - and untamed. His has the most perfect blond mane that needs to have it cut off to remove all the "Angel knots". What was he thinking? If anyone he will be able to gentle him, but what a challenge. He looks like this horse actually - except the mane is seriously tangled!
Yesterday I watched a movie "White Mane", a French movie on the Criterion Collection on Hulu Plus. If you love horses then you should watch this - it isn't too long at all.
Did I ever mention that my horse Lucy lost her eye last fall? What a nightmare trying to save it and for naught. Somewhere I kept a lot of photos, and I will have to find them. She is amazingly the same stinker she was before!
I have just started to see the mosquito's outside now, with all the water they are everywhere. But thanks to my Avon Skin So Soft bug repellent I am doing great! There are so many mosquito's!

Is your horse allergic to Skin So Soft?
A Google search for skin allergies to Skin So Soft Skindisiac - I was astounded to find several folks mentioned their trusty steeds had an allergic reaction and formed raised bumps.
I have also had a reaction to the SSS Skindisiac on my face. I know it is not for your face - so trust me I will not do that again. But the scent is - well named correctly!
Side note: I do have Rosacea so am not sure if it was only that or? Heck - what if I was getting allergic to beer? May be the brand!
Yuengling: http://www.yuengling.com
So I love to use it on my legs and arms as the winter brings dry skin with patches like eczema. It is working wonders on that problem for me.
The spray (what I have used most often) seems to have an alcohol carrier. (this is how it is atomized so it can spray out of a bottle). That might be the culprit that stings on my Rosacea...The list of ingredients is where we need to start. Of course I will have to get my glasses on to read the tiny print. Why do they do that to us? Have you ever noticed the small print on important things that we ingest?
I have never had an issue with using the Avon SSS on my horses - maybe they didn't dilute it correctly. If you have had an issue please make a comment below. This seems to be a legitimate source for horse dermatitis:
